1.What is your name?
Joe Campopiano

2.Where are you from?
Monroe, Connecticut

3.What is your occupation?
Employed by "the General"

4.What did you do to deserve a place on this boat?
Numerous endeavors with the Cook family from high school to college, from mindless drinking to running marathons

5.Have you ever been sailing before?
Yes, of course in... well really only with the Cooks but I like to give off the confidence of a seasoned veteran (raised my 1st spinaker this journey (note the lingo))

6.If Jesus won the boat and inherited the crew in a poker game, what changes do you think he would make?
Much like most of humanity probably a complete overhaul! But for the Cooks I think their heart and good intentions are in everything they do & accomplish

7.What song do you think best characterizes this vessel?
To pick a single song is like picking a favorite movie, but what comes to mind is "Cordorouy" by Pearl Jam. It covers the path of a tattered favorite jacket of Eddie Vedder's through his struggles and successes, much of which Aaron and Brian will experience I'm sure.

8.What was the most memorable part of your sailing experience?
In simplicity, the air assault by a Kamikaze Bumble Bee striking down with great vengence on a 1st time crew member... but actually the calming effect of the open water which makes a short sail feel like a week-long vacation

9.Will Aaron and Brian make it around the world alive?
Absolutely, not because I'm certain by any means but that word has been flying out of my mouth recently

10.What advice would you give to Aaron and Brian?
Keep it simple and stay focused
